Renting with this company has been described as a cautionary experience. One reviewer, Michael Gray, who rated the company with one star, warned others to be careful. He mentioned that the company refused to do repairs on their rental properties, and despite having proof of payment, they would claim not to have received it. Some properties have black mold and poor construction. There are complaints filed against them with the Housing Authority & Planning Commission, Fire Marshall, AHS Tenant Health Board, City of Calgary, Enmax, and ATCO.
On the other hand, a positive experience was shared by Kathy Walker, who gave the company a five-star rating. She has been in the industry for 25 years and described Art as the best broker she knows. Similarly, Rob M., who also gave a five-star rating, was very happy with the skill and strategy demonstrated by Ed during the sale process. Despite the challenges, Ed showed clear care and skill compared to other realtors involved.
