Meet the Team
Tim Kroeker, B.Sc. (Kin) RMT, is a skilled Registered Massage Therapist with 23 years of hands-on experience. He graduated from Simon Fraser University in 1996 with a Bachelor of Applied Science in Kinesiology and went on to obtain a diploma in Massage Therapy from West Coast College of Massage Therapy in 2000. Tim's extensive background includes working in Abbotsford, BC for nearly four years before opening his practice in Merritt in 2004. In his free time, Tim enjoys food, physical activity, fly fishing, and spending quality time with his family.
Rita Kroeker, Office Manager, has a background in Medical Transcription and has managed health-related offices for over 14 years. She is also a freelance writer and virtual assistant, handling marketing for the clinic. Rita's passions include writing, cooking, fly fishing, wine, and spending time with her family.
Olympic Athlete
Tim Kroeker's track and field background as a Canadian Champion Hurdler and Olympic Athlete in Atlanta, Georgia (1996), has equipped him with the knowledge and understanding of the importance of stretching and strengthening the body. His vast knowledge of biomechanics allows him to assess injuries and provide professional advice on working through them.

Our warm and friendly team includes two of our six beautiful daughters, Emily and Kayla, who are always ready to help out when needed. Most of the time, you will be speaking with Rita when booking appointments.
Our Services
Tim Kroeker is trained to assess and treat a wide variety of conditions. He utilizes deep tissue massage, fascial release, cross-fiber friction, trigger point release, muscle energy, hydrotherapy, stretching, and strengthening techniques to provide patient-specific treatments. Our services are designed to alleviate pain, promote relaxation, improve circulation, and enhance overall well-being.
Appointments
Appointments are available from Monday to Thursday, 9 am to 7 pm. We require a deposit to hold your appointment for new patients. To book an appointment online, please note that your email must already be registered at our office. If you are using a different email, this service will not work, as it is designed to protect your privacy.
