Vinyl Decking
Our vinyl decking solutions provide durable, waterproof outdoor surfaces with slip-resistant textures and UV protection. Designed for Edmonton's climate, these membranes resist mildew, chemicals, and extreme temperatures while offering 1525 years of longevity. Customizable patterns and colors ensure aesthetic appeal for residential and commercial properties.
Aluminum Railings
Custom-welded aluminum railings combine strength with low maintenance requirements. Powder-coated finishes withstand corrosion and fading, while design options include glass panels and picket styles. Ideal for decks, stairs, and commercial spaces requiring durable safety barriers with modern aesthetics.
Deck Renovations
We specialize in transforming aging decks with waterproof vinyl overlays and structural repairs. Our process includes thorough inspections, moisture testing, and code-compliant upgrades that extend deck lifespan while improving safety and visual appeal for residential and multi-family properties.
Waterproofing Systems
Our waterproofing solutions use heat-welded vinyl membranes and specialized flashing details to create complete moisture barriers. Systems include drainage components and edge treatments that prevent water infiltration in flat roofs, balconies, and elevated decks across Edmonton.
Commercial Installations
We deliver large-scale decking and railing projects for commercial properties, including multi-family housing, hotels, and retail spaces. Our team ensures compliance with building codes while maintaining timelines and budgets for complex installations requiring coordinated logistics.
Questions
Do I need a building permit for deck installation?
Yes, building permits ensure compliance with Alberta Building Code. We guide clients through Edmonton's permitting process for new installations or renovations.
How should I prepare for vinyl decking installation?
Use 5/8" SELECT grade T&G fir plywood, ensure proper joist slope, and schedule installation promptly after sheeting for optimal results.
What warranty options are available?
Products carry 5–10-year limited warranties, plus our own 1-year full warranty covering installation quality and workmanship.
Are aluminum railings low maintenance?
Yes, powder-coated aluminum requires only occasional washing with water or mild detergent to maintain appearance and functionality.
Can vinyl decking handle Edmonton winters?
Our vinyl membranes feature multi-directional reinforcements and slip resistance specifically designed for Canadian climate extremes.
Is vinyl environmentally friendly?
Yes, vinyl decking avoids chemical leaching and lasts 3x longer than treated wood, reducing replacement frequency and environmental impact.
