Quality of Service
Several customers expressed disappointment with the quality of service provided by the car wash. Marko B., Saiwan S., and Fabio Levy all gave 1-star reviews, citing poor washing and vacuuming work. Marko B. was particularly upset, as he felt that the service was poor and that the employees were unhelpful. Fabio Levy also mentioned that the car wash did not even remove the rubber mats to vacuum the interior.
On the other hand, George M., Andrea Hirji, and Donna S. all gave 5-star reviews, praising the car wash for doing a good job of cleaning their vehicles. George M. even went so far as to say that it was worth the trip from Vancouver.
