Having served clients with utmost dedication for a memorable decade, Embarkation Law Corporation ceased its operations on May 1, 2022. Fadi Yachoua - Yachoua Law Corporation

Fadi Yachoua, an experienced immigration lawyer, is the founder of Yachoua Law Corporation. Fadi immigrated to Canada more than two decades ago and has since lived, studied, and worked in various cities across the country. His personal journey has provided him with an intimate understanding of the challenges and rewards associated with immigrating to Canada.

Fadi's practice focuses on assisting individuals, families, and businesses from across the globe in achieving their goals. His aim is to secure the most efficient and cost-effective results for his clients, whether he is developing strategies to fulfill their immigration needs or advocating for their rights in court. After a decade of building a successful and diverse litigation-based practice in Vancouver, Laura returned to her hometown of Toronto in 2021, where she continues her work in making the Canadian dream a reality for more people.

She believes that everyone deserves to live in safety with their loved ones. Laura has twelve years of experience in immigration and refugee law in both British Columbia and Ontario. She has appeared before all levels of the Immigration and Refugee Board of Canada and frequently represents clients in judicial review hearings before the Federal Court of Canada.
