Comfort and Environment
The bus rides were described as unpleasant by one reviewer, Kayley Kriese, citing the long 16-hour journey. On the other hand, some reviewers, including Casteel LeBlanc and Steve Gillingham, found the buses to be clean. Dan Seguin mentioned that the buses have improved significantly, with features like phone chargers, TVs, and internet on board.
Service and Staff
The bus drivers were praised by Kayley Kriese, who noted that they are always good. Casteel LeBlanc and Steve Gillingham also highlighted good experiences with the drivers. Ronnie, the driver mentioned by Casteel, was specifically praised as amazing. The woman at the desk was also commended for her kindness and courtesy.
Accommodation and Tour
Dan Seguin mentioned that the buses in Ontario are great now, but Esther Dlugaszewski's experience on a bus tour was mixed. She noted that the buses were old and embarrassing, and the accommodations varied from 2-5 star hotels. The tour also included a bus with winter tires, which was inappropriate for the location.
