Golf Saskatchewan

Golf Saskatchewan is the provincial governing body for amateur golf in Saskatchewan, dedicated to shaping lives through positive golf experiences. Established in 1999 through the amalgamation of the Saskatchewan Golf Association and the Canadian Ladies Golf Association, we represent over a century of golf heritage in the province. Our mission is to promote equitable participation in golf through championships, junior programs, handicapping services, and community engagement initiatives. We administer over 140 golf facilities across Saskatchewan, offering memberships with benefits including official handicap factors, equipment insurance, and exclusive partner discounts. Our team of PGA-certified professionals and volunteers work year-round to grow the game through events like the Saskatchewan Junior Championships and indoor golf programs.

With a focus on accountability, collaboration, and passion, we uphold the highest standards of sportsmanship and course stewardship. Our strategic partnerships with Golf Canada and the PGA of Saskatchewan ensure alignment with national standards while maintaining local relevance. From grassroots initiatives like Golf in Schools to elite player development pathways, we provide opportunities for golfers of all ages and skill levels. Our financial transparency is demonstrated through annual reports and audited statements dating back to 2014. Through the World Handicap System and innovative programs like indoor simulators, we ensure golf remains accessible and enjoyable year-round. Our board of directors, elected from member clubs across seven districts, governs with integrity and community focus.
