Security Concerns and Poor Customer Service
The first reviewer, Negative N., had a terrible experience with the loading dock security at Morgan Stanley. They described the security personnel as unprofessional, particularly a cross-eyed guard who was disrespectful. The reviewer also felt that the security measures were inadequate, as they were able to retrieve their password even with multiple attempts at resetting it online.
