Poor Customer Service
Many customers have reported poor customer service at Patene. Brandon Sampogna was treated rudely by Sue in the upstairs administration, and Jim Logan had a disappointing experience when he was ignored and interrupted by staff members. Emily G. had a terrible experience with a senior sales rep who was unhelpful and unfriendly, and the staff seemed to not care about her business.
Lack of Help from Delivery Staff
Kevin Price had a poor experience with the delivery staff, who were lazy and did not deliver the drywall to the required location. This led to delays and frustration.
Positive Reviews
However, some customers have had positive experiences at Patene. Mark Abramson found the prices and selection of stones to be excellent, and he received good delivery charges.
