Unsolicited Help
In one instance, the employees saw a person struggling with yard work and took it upon themselves to help. They edged the backyard, blew away debris, and picked up trash without being asked or paid to do so. This unsolicited help was a welcome surprise to the individual, who was struggling to care for their yard due to their father's health issues.
Helpful Encounters
In another instance, the employees offered to help a person who was stopped on the side of the road with a low tire. They not only helped with the flat tire but also checked the other tires to ensure they were properly inflated. When offered compensation, they refused, stating that they help people in need all the time when they're on break.
