Unsatisfactory Experience with Service Master
Cleaning Quality and Effort
The reviewer, Chris Pottie, shares a disappointing experience with Service Master, a cleaning company hired to clean a small apartment after a family member's sudden passing. Despite the family's effort to tidy up the apartment, Service Master's team allegedly did very little during their all-day visit, leaving behind splatters on walls, cobwebs, dust, and dirt. The radiators were still filthy on top, indicating a lack of effort from the cleaning team.
Overpriced and Unjustified Billing
The reviewer takes issue with the exorbitant bill of approximately $2500, considering the family had already done most of the cleaning. The reviewer believes Service Master took advantage of the homeowner's vulnerable state, charging an unjustified amount for minimal work. Comparing the service to a toddler with a Swiffer, the reviewer concludes that Service Master's cleaning job was subpar.
