Poor Performance and Unreliable Contractors
AquaResist's contractors have failed to deliver on several occasions. One reviewer, David Verbrugge, hired the company to install a basement walkout, but the project stalled and the contractor abandoned the job. The reviewer had to hire another contractor to finish the work, and they are still awaiting reimbursement from AquaResist.
Unprofessional Communication and Lack of Follow-through
