Unsatisfactory Experience
One reviewer, Em K., had a poor experience with the office. She scheduled an appointment to remove a broken orthodontic appliance and replace it with a new one. However, she was told to come back for a second appointment and later told that she would be contacted about the date her appliance would arrive. Despite being told that she would be contacted, she never received any updates and only learned about the summer break when she called the office. She was frustrated and confused by the lack of communication and the apparent mistake in her treatment.
