In 2002, Albert's son Steve Neutel took over the business, determined to uphold the tradition of "keeping the heat on" for the residents of Oxford County. Steve remains committed to outstanding customer service and offering the best products on the market at reasonable rates. He regularly updates his knowledge of the industry by taking annual courses and offers no-charge estimates over the phone.
