Negative Experiences
Kevin A. and Peter had negative experiences with Jordan's. Kevin A. found the company to be unreliable, as the price on the website changed when he visited the store, and a quote he received over the phone was not honored. Peter was disappointed with the installation of his mother's new carpet, as it led to pet injuries due to spiked nails left sticking upwards through the carpet. Katarina M. had a horrible experience with a patio set, as she was quoted one price but was later told she had to pay an additional $800 due to a pricing mistake.
