Services
Deep Tissue Massage
Our deep tissue massage targets chronic muscle tension using advanced techniques like trigger point release and fascia work. Therapists customize pressure levels to address specific conditions while incorporating therapeutic stones when beneficial. This treatment improves mobility and alleviates pain from injuries or repetitive strain through focused, deep-layer manipulation.
Hot Stone Therapy
Therapeutic hot/cold stone massage combines temperature therapy with deep tissue work to enhance circulation and release muscle tension. Alternating basalt stones deliver targeted heat and cooling effects, creating a pumping action that flushes toxins while providing simultaneous therapist hand therapy. This technique reduces physical strain on practitioners while enhancing treatment effectiveness.
Swedish Massage
Swedish massage employs long, flowing strokes to promote general relaxation and stress reduction. Ideal for clients seeking wellness maintenance without specific pain concerns, this technique improves circulation and lymphatic flow through rhythmic, gliding movements that soothe the nervous system and enhance overall well-being.
Continuing Education Courses
Our accredited stone therapy courses teach registered massage therapists innovative techniques to enhance practice longevity. The two-day program covers hot/cold stone application, special tool usage, and condition-specific treatments while meeting continuing education requirements through the College of Complimentary Health Professionals of B.C.
Trigger Point Release
Specialized trigger point therapy addresses localized muscle knots causing referred pain through precise pressure application. Therapists combine manual techniques with therapeutic tools to deactivate pain points, restore muscle function, and provide lasting relief from chronic tension patterns developed through injury or repetitive use.
