At The Clearing, we believe that every special moment deserves a unique and unforgettable setting. Our outdoor events venue is nestled within a picturesque 30-acre woodlot on our family farm, conveniently located just south of the 401, on the southwest outskirts of London, Ontario. Our journey began with a vision to create a natural, simple, and private setting that would allow our clients to make their special day truly unforgettable.

Our founders, Jeff and Sandy Vachon, along with their sons Kyle and Mitchell, worked tirelessly to transform a wet and unproductive piece of land into a breathtaking and picturesque setting, ideal for any outdoor function. We became aware of a vast desire for a natural and private setting among many brides and grooms-to-be, and we set out to create a unique and unparalleled outdoor wedding venue.
The Venue
The Clearing is a stunning outdoor events venue that offers a genuine infusion of nature and serenity. Our 30-acre hardwood lot provides a picturesque backdrop for your special day, complete with trees, natural gardens, and wildlife. We've carefully designed our venue to be stress-free and convenient, with amenities such as custom washrooms with wheelchair access, a covered open bar, and a stone dance floor illuminated by a beautiful rustic chandelier.
