At McGowan Lake Campground, we understand the importance of providing a comfortable and enjoyable camping experience. That's why we offer a wide range of services and amenities to make your stay with us truly unforgettable. Our 228-site campground features 25 unserviced sites for tent camping, 18 serviced sites with water and hydro, and 185 seasonal sites with up to 30 amp hydro. Each site is equipped with a picnic table and fire ring, and our convenient location near Ottawa makes it easy to explore the surrounding area.
Our amenities include a recreational hall for special events, immaculate washrooms with flush toilets and hot showers, a well-stocked convenience store, two playgrounds, a laundromat, and a dumping station. We also offer horseshoe pits, baseball, and volleyball for your sporting enjoyment, as well as a spring-fed lake for pike and bass fishing. Our sandy beach is perfect for swimming and sunbathing, and our upgraded raft makes it a great spot for families. We welcome pets, but they must be leashed at all times.
