Our History

Exact Construction initiated business in the spring of 2000 with a small team of two, including the owner and operator. We began with building decks, fences, garages, and small renovations, but soon we were designing and building complete homes. In 2004/2005, we had the opportunity to purchase a number of properties and constructed 12 new homes. From there, we built many custom homes throughout the Fergus and surrounding areas. We also continued completing smaller jobs throughout this process as well.
