We had Mike come to quote eaves, downspouts, fascia and soffits, we found the price last year with the contractor. we selected to be mid range but that contractor also came recommended last year(but then last years contractor didn't show up, ignored our follow up calls and texts). The quote was below the quote from the other contractor last year despite aluminum prices having steeply increased since receiving quotes last year from the other company. Workers were."
