Our Notary Services include Commissioner for Oaths services, Notary Public services, and Travel Letters.
In Corporate & Commercial Law, we help clients incorporate new businesses, draft unanimous shareholder agreements, and provide corporate governance and maintenance services. We also assist with purchases and sales of commercial assets and businesses, as well as share purchases and sales. Our Civil Litigation services include acting for plaintiffs against insurance companies, motor vehicle accidents, commercial disputes and litigation, and collections.
