Our Approach: Therapy Reinvented
At Cohesion Physiotherapy, we approach rehabilitation differently. Our kinesiology-driven assessments delve deeply into your movement patterns, identifying imbalances and understanding the origins of your symptoms. This thorough evaluation enables us to create personalized treatment plans that are precise and tailored to your unique needs. We prioritize mechanical movement-based principles and incorporate manual therapy, functional rehab exercises, and educational guidance into our interventions. Our aim is to restore movement patterns, promote lasting recovery, and enhance overall performance.
