Our Services
At Atleo River Air Service, we offer a wide range of services designed to cater to different interests and preferences. Our scenic flights by float plane and helicopter provide breathtaking views of Pacific Rim National Park, Barkley Sound, and the West Coast of Vancouver Island. For the more adventurous, we offer guided hikes, heli-fishing excursions, and SUP adventures that will take you to the most remote and inaccessible areas of the island.
For those seeking a romantic getaway, we offer customized helicopter and float plane tours that will take you to the most scenic and secluded spots on the island. And for the fishing enthusiasts, we provide private charters and guided excursions to the most prolific fishing streams and rivers.

Service and Experience
Atleo Air received high praise from most customers for their exceptional service and experience. Pilots were described as helpful, informative, and professional, going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable and memorable flight. Staff were also commended for their assistance and accommodating nature, even in the face of unexpected disruptions. The company's ability to adapt to changing weather conditions and re-work schedules to ensure customer satisfaction was also highly appreciated.
Pilots and Guides
Pilots were consistently praised for their expertise, navigation skills, and ability to identify and point out wildlife and points of interest. Guides were described as informative, friendly, and willing to answer questions, making the experience even more enjoyable.
Prices and Value
Pricing was considered fair for the experience provided, with customers happy to pay for the unique views and memories created.
Drawbacks
However, two customers experienced disappointing experiences. Bill J. reported that the company cancelled their flight at the last minute due to unspecified "delays" and a "pilot's illness", resulting in a stressful and frustrating experience. V. G. was equally disappointed when the company cancelled their flight just 5 minutes before departure due to "weather" concerns, despite the pilot being able to fly safely in similar conditions. Both customers expressed their dissatisfaction with the company's communication and flexibility.
