I am writing this review to express my deep disappointment with the extermination service provided by Ernest Exterminators. My experience with them has been highly unsatisfactory and has left me feeling frustrated and concerned. From the very beginning, there were multiple issues that raised doubts about the professionalism and effectiveness of Ernest Exterminators.
Exceptional Personality and Service
This guy is the BEST he responds to text messages, he does house visits and sets up testing kits for free and he explains all of your options without even asking to be paid. He genuinely has the customer's best interest at heart, and offers calm and considerate recommendations for what you should do with your given situation.
Excellent Service
I got their name from a Facebook group and didn't know what to expect. It turns out their prices were the lowest, they could stop by really quickly, they respond by text (the actual worker not their main line), email or phone, they were lovely to deal with (professional, friendly and very understanding), and they solved a recent wasp problem and an ant problem we had struggled with for years and another company had failed with.
