Golfers of all skill levels can enjoy the scenic and well-manicured 18-hole course at River Oaks Golf Club, offering a fair layout with some challenging holes and options to play each hole in two different ways. The course features a mix of elevation changes and dogleg holes, making it fun and challenging for players.
The staff at River Oaks are friendly and accommodating, providing excellent service to all guests. The course offers great value for money, with a round costing only $34.00 on June 5th, 2017. The club also has a nine-hole regulation course just down the road, perfect for days when the main course is busy.
However, some golfers have experienced issues with course changes since the course was sold, including the removal of trees and the relocation of reds to extremely close positions. This has made the game easier and less challenging for some players.
Additionally, some visitors have had negative experiences with the restaurant, including long wait times for food and drinks, cold meals, and poor service from the wait staff.
