Dinoflex, a business in British Columbia, has received poor reviews from customers Carol Greene and L. D. They both express frustration with the lack of customer service and professionalism displayed by the company.
Communication Breakdown
Carol Greene contacted Dinoflex in 2020 through their website, but never received a response. She followed up with a phone call in 2021, only to be given a contact number for someone who never returned her calls. As a result, she ended up taking her business to Home Depot in Vernon, a local competitor.
L. D. had a similar experience. She ordered a Rubber King mat from Amazon.ca, which arrived with a bend in the corner. When she requested a refund, it took a week to be approved, but she was not offered an exchange or replacement. Despite reaching out to the seller for alternative options, she never received a response.
Poor Customer Satisfaction
