Our Wills & Estate Planning services include drafting wills, powers of attorney, and living wills, as well as estate administration and probate services. Our Corporate services include business incorporation, commercial contract review, and unanimous shareholders agreements. We also offer Notary services, including document witnessing, commissioning, and certification.

Meet Josh
Josh Rosenberg, the founder of Josh Rosenberg Law, obtained his Juris Doctor from Western Law School and his Bachelor of Arts in Honours Business Administration from the Ivey Business school, with distinction. After successfully completing his articles at a prominent boutique mid-town law firm, Josh founded Josh Rosenberg Law. Since inception, Josh has successfully represented purchasers, vendors, borrowers, and institutional and private lenders in a wide variety of matters.
