As a valued member of the Canadian Society of Plastic Surgeons and the Canadian Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery, Dr. Chang is committed to providing the highest level of care and expertise to his clients. With over 30 years of experience, Dr. Chang has the knowledge and skills necessary to help you achieve your desired look.

Dr. Chang received his medical degree from the College of Medicine at the University of Saskatchewan. He completed his residency in plastic surgery and family medicine at the same institution. Dr. Chang is also a Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons (Canada) with specialty in plastic surgery. His education and experience have equipped him with the skills and knowledge necessary to provide compassionate and reliable cosmetic procedural care from initial consultation to follow-up appointments.
