Taste the Tradition, Share the Love
Our Story
In 1951, a new tradition of bread making excellence was born when Master Baker Dieter Rudolph Paech brought his age-old Bavarian recipes to Canada. Today, we continue to carry on his legacy, combining only the finest natural Canadian ingredients with artisanal baking traditions to bring you nothing but fresh, delicious breads.
Our Difference
At Rudolph's, we know the art of making truly great bread begins with selecting pure Canadian grains then carefully blending them with incomparable organic sour and natural ingredients. Combining exceptional ingredients with old-world baking techniques means Rudolph's bakers slowly bring out the distinct flavour of the grains and then bake each loaf, un-rushed, in traditional ovens. We think you'll be able to taste the difference. We adhere to a global standard for food safety, ensuring that every loaf that leaves our bakery meets the highest standards of quality and freshness.
Our Breads
Our breads are truly delicious, with a flavourful taste that comes from a mix of grains, natural and organic ingredients, and the quality of our sour - without the help of added gluten, chemical additives or added sugar. We offer a variety of bread styles, including Bavarian, Swedish, and Old World, each with its own unique characteristics and flavour profiles.
Where to Buy
Our breads can be purchased in most Ontario grocery stores, including major chains and independent markets. You can find our products in over 50 stores across the province, including Adonis, Ample Food Market, Angelino's, Apple Market, and many more. We also have an outlet store located at our main office in Toronto, where you can purchase our fresh breads directly.
Social Responsibility
At Rudolph's, we feel it's our responsibility to give back to the community. In addition to weekly supplies of bread, we also give financial support to many social programs, including the George Herman House, Out of the Cold, and Toonies for Tummies. We believe that everyone deserves access to healthy, nutritious food, and we're committed to doing our part to make that a reality.
