Issue with COVID-19 Restriction

However, there was a negative review from Emma Elstub, who rated the experience with only 1 star. She had booked a cottage for June 12, 2021, but due to government restrictions for COVID-19, short-term rentals were not permitted until June 14, 2021. The company informed her of this issue and refused to provide a refund until the date of June 12, 2021, in case the government changed the restrictions. Emma felt that this was unfair and poor customer service, especially during such unprecedented times.
