We have invested in state-of-the-art equipment and technology, including C.N.C. laser cutting, C.N.C. punching, forming, welding, hardware installation, assembly, and general machining. Our in-house tool-making department and powder coating, screen printing, and metal spinning divisions enable us to provide a solution-based approach to our clients and maintain control over quality and delivery of the finished product.

• Laser cutting on our Strippit Axel 3015 LD laser 5 kilowatt cutting machine
• High-speed C.N.C. punching with hundreds of available tools
• Programming using Solidworks 3D software
• Hard tooled stampings with up to 110 ton capacity
• Bending with C.N.C. controlled brakes up to 100 ton capacity
• Shearing and cutting with digital controls for precise tolerances
• Welding, including spot welding, TIG welding, MIG welding, brazing, and soldering
• Deburring and finishing to exceed customer aesthetic expectations
• Machining services for one-off prototypes to production runs
• Quality control process that complies with regulatory and client demands
