1. Coring: Our concrete coring service includes coring up to 32 inches in diameter. Our core drilling equipment can efficiently drill from 1/2 inch diameter to 36 inch diameter with the ability to drill to any depth. We can provide larger holes upon request. Our core drilling services are used for anchoring, dowels, electrical conduits, plumbing pipes, H-Vac ducts, railings, fireplaces, line drilling, and even embedding.
2. Slab Sawing: We offer concrete and asphalt slab sawing up to 21 inches in depth. Slab sawing is typically used to cut horizontal flat surfaces such as floors, bridge decks, and pavement. Our slab sawing process is neat and clean, providing precise dimensional accuracy of openings with no patching or aesthetic alterations required.
3. Wall Sawing: Wall sawing employs a circular blade on a track-mounted machine. The track is attached to vertical walls or steep inclines, walls, or floors. It is used for cutting openings in walls, concrete pads, and suspended slabs. Wall sawing provides a clean, precise cut, reducing noise, dust, and debris.
4. GPR Scanning: GPR Scanning is used for locating embedded objects in concrete such as Structural Steel (Rebar), Electrical Conduits, and Post-Tensioned Cables. This service helps prevent damage to existing structures and ensures accurate and efficient cutting.
