Our owner, Kelly Dewar, has a long history in the industry, starting with his family business, Dewar Janitorial, established in 1975. With a strong foundation in business ethics and a passion for providing exceptional service, Kelly has built Peerless Janitorial into a thriving business with a reputation for reliability, efficiency, and attention to detail.

Our Team

At Peerless Janitorial, we believe in the importance of having a strong and experienced team. Our Operations Manager, Jeff Esch, brings over thirty years of industry experience, including ten years as a floor care specialist and certified carpet and upholstery technician. With a wealth of knowledge and expertise, Jeff has helped to expand our business and improve our professional image. Our staff members are WHMIS certified and undergo rigorous training to ensure that they can provide exceptional service to our clients.
