At Kim Husted Surveying Ltd., we pride ourselves on being a full-service land survey firm that has been providing a complete range of land surveying services to clients for over 30 years. As a family-run business with 15 employees, we understand the diversity of our clients' survey needs and strive to deliver highly accurate and timely results to help them successfully complete their projects.

Our History

Our company was established in 1986, after purchasing the well-established practice of J.F. Weston Ontario Land Surveyor, which had been in operation since 1945. Since then, we have built a reputation for delivering exceptional quality and service to our clients, including developers and builders, private land owners and homeowners, professional engineers, architects, lawyers, real estate professionals, and provincial and municipal governments.

Our Services

As licensed and registered surveyors in Ontario, we offer a broad range of land and site surveys, including property surveys, land severance sketches, subdivision plans, surveyor's real property reports, site and lot grading plans, survey reference plan (R-plan), boundary surveys, topographic survey, and condominium plans. We also provide services for building permits, excavating, building construction, building additions, building demolition, rezoning, protecting property lines/property disputes, land severances and division of property, buying or financing property, building fence, installing an in-ground pool, erecting a garage, deck or balcony, determining square foot, property sale, and court-ordered surveys, among others.
