Design and Quality of Service
Melo provided a fantastic experience for Kathryn Andrews, who gave them a 5-star rating. They took the time to discuss her needs and how she would use the kitchen, coming up with practical and ingenious ideas that she really uses. The design, communication, and quality of the build were superb.
Reliability and Durability
However, Zainab Athman had a different experience. After a phenomenal first experience, her kitchen cabinets started falling apart in less than five years. Despite calling them, no one returned her call, leaving her unimpressed.
Communication and Customer Service
Allison Partington had a disappointing experience when she visited their storefront, only to find a locked door. She also called the phone number but received no answer.
Transparency and Honesty
