Under construction management, BCLL manages the construction portion of the project, while the client works with both the architect and engineers to design and plan the project. This allows us to focus on what we do best - managing the construction process - while still allowing you to have input into the design and planning stages of the project.

Design-build encourages innovation and collaboration. Much like project management, BCLL will oversee the entire project and all subcontractors and consultants. This allows us to work closely with you to develop a customized solution that meets your unique needs and specifications.
