Cleanliness and Friendliness
Some reviewers praised the cleanliness of the laundromat, with Cathy Taylor and Brian Ream mentioning how clean it is. Ashley Mendez and Krystal Shay also complimented the friendly and knowledgeable staff, with Krystal Shay specifically mentioning one employee who was not as pleasant but the rest of the staff was great.
Issues with Machines and Policies
However, several reviewers had issues with the machines and policies. Ursula Reitz was unhappy about not being able to wash regular blankets in certain machines and had to carry laundry a long distance due to the locked door. Alexandra Howe was frustrated when the dryer broke halfway through her load and was turned away when she tried to use another dryer for 20 minutes. Todd Noble mentioned that there were more broken machines than working ones, and Jeffrey Cynthia had trouble with the washers and was frustrated with the special card requirement.
Customer Service
Some reviewers had positive experiences with customer service, with Lauren Simsick praising Samantha's helpfulness and Mya Hernandez complimenting the woman behind the counter who helped her with washing comforters. Brian Powers also thanked Carol for her kindness and professionalism. On the other hand, Michael Upston was unhappy with the older woman attendant who treated him rudely, and Jeffrey Cynthia was frustrated with the staff's lack of help.
Other Issues
Other issues mentioned include the Cleartoken app being difficult to use (Lilly Bill), the dryers not getting hot enough (Lilly Bill), and the quality of the laundry service (Jason Harpole). Katie Warner mentioned that the customer service was amazing, but there were many out of service machines.
