Unprofessional Behaviour
Some reviewers have expressed disappointment with the unprofessional behaviour of the clinic's receptionists and chiropractors. One reviewer, Banks, mentioned that a receptionist would whisper to a doctor's ear when a patient left the room and chuckle and smirk, while another reviewer, Jeff Backus, felt that the chiropractor was not interested in actually treating his problem and was more interested in cracking his back and hustling him out.
Poor Customer Service
