Services
Home Health
Our Home Health services assist clients in safely managing daily activities after injury or illness. Through adaptive equipment, mobility aids, and graded activity programs, we improve independence in bathing, dressing, meal preparation, and community access. Our occupational therapists coordinate with healthcare teams to implement equipment solutions and transition clients to community activation programs, reducing fall risks and accelerating post-surgical recovery through tailored home-based interventions.
Return to Work
Our Return to Work programs combine job demands analysis with ergonomic evaluations to create individualized rehabilitation plans. We assess functional capacities against workplace requirements, developing graduated return-to-work schedules that reduce injury risks while optimizing productivity. Our team collaborates with employers and healthcare providers to implement workplace modifications, work conditioning programs, and vocational retraining solutions for clients with physical and cognitive limitations.
Concussion Management
Specialized concussion management addresses post-concussion symptoms through occupational therapy, physiotherapy, and vestibular rehabilitation. We implement graduated activity programs to manage headaches, dizziness, and cognitive difficulties while coordinating care with physicians. Our evidence-based approach includes ergonomic workplace modifications, vestibular therapy for balance issues, and counseling services to address emotional symptoms associated with traumatic brain injuries.
Driver Rehabilitation
Pioneering driver rehabilitation services since 1994, we conduct comprehensive functional driving evaluations combining in-clinic and on-road assessments. Our occupational therapists develop customized rehabilitation programs for clients with physical, cognitive, or visual impairments, including vehicle modification recommendations and adapted driving lessons. We address driving anxiety through progressive exposure therapy while maintaining collaboration with RoadSafetyBC and healthcare providers.
Pain Management
Our pain management programs focus on regaining functional abilities through activity modification and therapeutic exercises. We combine physical therapy interventions with cognitive-behavioral strategies to help clients manage chronic pain symptoms while maintaining daily activities. The program includes ergonomic workspace modifications, graded exercise programs, and education on pain management techniques to improve quality of life for clients with persistent pain conditions.
