Disappointments
However, Karen & Hal Geddes had a negative experience with the company. They were initially satisfied with the printing of their registration cards, but were disappointed with a custom-made clock hang-up sign that was much smaller than expected. Despite their efforts to resolve the issue, the company was unwilling to remake the sign, leading the couple to decide not to use the company again and opt for a different supplier in the future.
