Roof Replacement
We specialize in complete asphalt shingle roof replacements using premium IKO Dynasty systems. Our process includes ice and water shield installation, synthetic underlayment, and proper flashing to ensure long-term durability. Every project receives a 5-year workmanship warranty alongside manufacturer coverage, with a focus on proper ventilation and code compliance.
Ventilation Upgrades
Proper airflow extends roof lifespan and improves indoor comfort. We install ridge vents, turbine vents, and plumbing vents to meet BC Building Code standards. Our upgrades prevent moisture buildup and maintain energy efficiency while ensuring seamless integration with existing roofing systems.
Flashing Installation
We protect vulnerable roof areas with custom metal valleys, step flashing, and drip edges. Our precision installation prevents leaks around chimneys, walls, and plumbing vents. All components are fabricated on-site to ensure perfect fit and lasting protection against BC's weather conditions.
Deck Repairs
Damaged roof sheathing is replaced with high-quality boards during reroofing projects. We assess structural integrity before installing new shingles, ensuring a solid foundation. Repairs are priced per board with client approval required before proceeding.
Cleanup Services
We protect properties throughout the project with landscaping safeguards and final gutter vacuuming. All debris is responsibly sorted and disposed of, including metal and roofing materials. Our spotless cleanup process reflects our respect for homeowners' properties.
