Poor Customer Service Experience
The reviewer, Ryan Traynor, had a disappointing interaction with Brian, the manager, over the phone. Brian displayed horrible people skills, giving the impression that Ryan's visit to the yard would be an inconvenience. Specifically, Brian said, "Don't tie up Randy for an hour looking for this, " which came across as unhelpful and unwelcoming.
Lack of Accommodating Attitude
Ryan felt that Brian was not willing to assist him in finding what he needed, instead viewing his request as a hassle. This negative experience led Ryan to leave a 1-star rating, implying that the company's service is subpar.
