Communication and After-Sales Service
The first reviewer, Dacosta Malcolm, mentions that they experienced some initial communication problems with the after-sales office, but these issues were promptly resolved once they got to know the staff better. He praises the Customer Care Manager, Arthur, and his handyman, Sergio, for their prompt response to addressing new problems that arose with the house settling and exterior work.
Workmanship and Quality
Shawn M. and Tushar Patel both complimented on the great workmanship and quality of their Lancaster Homes. Shawn was surprised by how beautiful their new home turned out, and Tushar mentioned that their home was built well and that they had a great experience overall.
Disappointments
Unfortunately, not all the reviewers were satisfied with their experience. Alison Cronyn gave only one star and advised others to "buy elsewhere". She mentioned that several of their neighbors had the same disappointing experience. Selva T. also gave one star, citing poor service and demanding requests for documents upfront.
