Our services include chiropractic care, orthopaedic rehabilitation, medical acupuncture, workplace injuries and motor vehicle accident injuries, registered massage therapy, Thai massage, nutritional counselling, nutritional products, concussion management, and full fitness facility with comprehensive fitness instruction. We also offer fitness classes, infra-red saunas, biofeedback, and gait re-training in a wheelchair accessible facility.

Our Team

Our team of highly trained and experienced professionals is dedicated to providing exceptional care and service to our clients. Our team includes Dr. Crystal Longo, a chiropractor with a fellowship degree in Physical and Occupational Rehabilitation and acupuncture certification, Chris Longo, a certified personal trainer and nutrition specialist, and Sarah Bell, a registered massage therapist.
