While licensed in British Columbia to both sell and manage real estate, our focus is on the management of strata and rental properties, representing both local and global clients.

However, we are small enough so that we can provide personalized service to our clients. In fact, many of our clients have entrusted our firm with their property for more than 20 years. In some instances, we now manage properties for the next generation!
Our Services
We offer a full range of property management services for a variety of property types, including strata, rental, and commercial properties. Our property managers are licensed under the Real Estate Services Act of British Columbia, and all client funds are held in trust bank accounts with TD Bank or Vancity Credit Union, where every penny earns GIC-level interest rates.
