Our Services
Our comprehensive range of services includes Home Management Duties, Education, and Resources. In Home Management, we assist the Council with preparation of the annual budget, maintain records of all receipts and expenses, submit monthly financial statements to Council, and provide a central records office for all Strata administration and financial files. We also collect all fees, fines, and charges for the Strata Corporation, coordinate quotation, maintenance, and repairs at the Council's direction, and arrange adequate insurance coverage and regular annual Strata property appraisals.
In addition, we pay approved monthly operating expenses (as applicable) for each project, liaise between contractors and service people on behalf of the Strata Corporation, perform general supervision of employees of the Strata Corporation, prepare and administer meetings (Council/AGM/SGM), attend Council meetings/AGM/SGM, prepare all necessary forms as outlined by the Strata Property Act of BC for registration in the Land Titles Office on behalf of the Strata Corporation, administer collections, foreclosure, bankruptcy, small claims, lien proceedings, etc. We also provide 24/7 emergency assistance and consultation and resources to the Strata Council.
