Overall Experience
The reviewers have different opinions about their experience with this mental health service.
Positive Experience
Tyler Mulligan had a positive experience, giving the service 5 stars. He valued the knowledge gained from seeing a professional and appreciated their professionalism, attention to privacy, and ability to help him understand how his past affects his current state.
Negative Experience
Guy Chan, on the other hand, had a negative experience, giving the service 1 star. He felt that the business is more about holding someone's hand through tough times rather than providing true psychological analysis or psychiatric referrals. He does not recommend it for young adults with serious problems.
