Poor Service and Underwhelming Experience
The following reviews highlight a series of unfortunate events and poor services. Several customers have expressed frustration and disappointment with the company. Unreliability appears to be a major issue, as customers have reported inconsistent services and cancelled appointments without notice.
The first reviewer, Karen Milgram Presner, was promised four cleaners for an hour-long service. However, only three showed up for the first appointment and only two for the second. Despite the reduced services, the cleaner still expected the same pay, which was unreasonable. Additionally, the reviewer felt that the surface-level cleaning was inadequate and had to remind the cleaners to perform basic tasks. The final blow was when the appointment was cancelled altogether.
Marla Newhook had a similar experience, with the company booking an appointment and then refusing to carry out the job. This unprofessional behaviour demonstrates a lack of respect for customers and their time.
On the other hand, Bobby MacCaull had a positive experience with the cleaning service. He appreciated the thorough job done by the cleaners, who left his home sparkling clean. However, there was an issue with the cleaner leaving all windows and balcony doors open, despite his request to keep them slightly open due to his two cats. While this was a mistake, Bobby still gave the cleaning a 5-star rating, praising the quality of the work.
