Unreliable Driving School
The reviews suggest that Tecnic DDO, a driving school, has a reputation for being unreliable and unresponsive. Melina Lau, a former student, reported that her contract expired in February 2019 but she was not notified. When she contacted Tecnic, she was told that she had to pay to complete the remaining classes, despite having already paid for them. It was difficult for her to reach Tecnic, and she had to switch to another school.
Exceptional Service at Access DDO
In contrast, Access DDO, a different driving school, received glowing reviews. Melina Lau transferred to Access DDO after her experience with Tecnic and was impressed with the service she received. Flora, an instructor at Access DDO, helped her navigate the transition and even waived an administrative fee to reopen her file. Melina was also pleased with her instructor, Hanan, who was patient and encouraging.
Poor Service at Tecnic DDO
