Meadowood Tree Service was founded in 1994 by Steve Lang, a graduate of the Humber College Arboriculture Program and an ISA Certified Arborist since 1997. With a deep appreciation for the environment and a passion for tree care, Steve has dedicated his career to promoting the conservation and preservation of urban forests. Steve is also an ISA Tree Risk Assessment Qualified professional, ensuring that all tree care services are carried out with the utmost attention to safety and risk management.

At Meadowood Tree Service, we are committed to sustainable and environmentally responsible tree care practices. We strive to minimize waste and reduce our carbon footprint by recycling or reusing wood chips and wood whenever possible. Wood chips are often donated to Procyon Wildlife, a local wildlife rehabilitation center, where they are used as litter for rescued animals. Most of the wood generated from our tree care services is either kept by homeowners for home heating or used to heat greenhouses in the Holland Marsh area.
